Work with us
Work for a contractor, not for a middleman
You will work on our own jobs, or on a client site with our crew. Same employer, same pay, same people around you.

Our sites and our clients' sites
Where you will work
Some of our crews work on jobs we have taken on ourselves. Some work on our clients' sites, with our foreman. You are employed by us either way, and we tell you which it is before you start.

Eight things, in writing
What working here means
- Employment contract
- A two-year MoHRE contract with us, filed and paid for by us, in Arabic and English, with your copy in your hand before you start.
- Visa and residence
- We sponsor the work visa and we pay for it, for the medical and for the Emirates ID. You pay for none of it, and if you leave we cancel the visa properly instead of letting it run out on you.
- Pay
- Paid through the Wage Protection System, on a stated day each month. That day is the fifth, and if it falls on a holiday the money moves earlier, not later.
- Accommodation
- Company accommodation in Al Quoz, four to a room, at our cost. Water, power and air conditioning included.
- Transport to site
- A company bus from the accommodation to site and back, every working day, at our cost.
- Tools and safety equipment
- We provide hand tools, workwear and PPE. You bring nothing and you pay for nothing.
- Hours and days off
- Eight hours a day, six days a week, Friday off. Overtime is paid at the statutory rate on the same timesheet you sign. Thirty days of paid leave a year, and a flight home every two years.
- Where you work
- Our own projects or a client site with our crew. We tell you which before you start.
We do not charge you anything to apply and we never will. If someone asks you for money to get a job with us, it is not us. That holds for every agent we work with abroad as well, and we will name ours to you on the call if you ask.
Four steps
How it works
-
01
You send your details
Your trade. How many years you have done it. Where you are now. If you are already in the UAE, say so.
-
02
We call you
A short call about what you have built and what tools you use. We take that call in English, Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam or Arabic.
-
03
Trade test
You show us the work on site or in our yard. Tile, plaster, board, conduit, whatever your trade is. There is a test bay at our Al Quoz yard, and for some trades the test runs on a live site instead.
-
04
Start
Contract, paperwork, and a start date on a real site. Two to three weeks from application to your first day, and faster if your visa is already in hand.
A person reads every one
Send your details
A person reads every application. If your trade is one we are hiring now, we will call you. If not, we keep your details and we come back to them when a site starts.
