Trade and skill level
A tile mason setting large-format stone and a tile mason doing a bathroom are priced differently, and pretending otherwise is how you end up with the second man on the first job.

Manpower services
We are a building contractor. We employ twelve trades to build our own jobs, which means we run a standing workforce rather than a database. When your site needs those trades, we send the same people, and we know what each of them can actually do because we have watched them work.
Trade, number of workers, site and start date is enough to begin.

Same crews
our sites and yours
Twelve trades, one payroll
Need a trade that is not on the list? Ask. We will tell you straight whether we have it. Single trades, full crews, or a crew with its own foreman.
The whole difference
A manpower company that does no construction of its own knows its workers the way a recruiter knows a candidate: from a document and a short conversation. It finds out whether a tiler can tile at the same moment you do, which is on your site, on your programme, at your cost.
We find out on ours. Every trade we supply works on our own contracts as well as on yours, under our own supervision, to a standard we have to answer for as the contractor. When we tell you a plasterer is good, it is because we have had him on a job where our name was on the handover.
The second difference is what happens when someone does not work out. A broker's answer is that he is only the agency. Ours cannot be, because the man goes back onto our own site and we still have him.

Tested on our jobs before he is sent to yours.
Four steps
Trade, number of workers, site location, start date and expected duration. If you have a programme, send it: it changes what we recommend.
Who is available, from when, and at what rate. If we cannot cover something we say so at this point rather than after you have committed. Usually within four working hours, and the same day at the latest.
Agreement, site induction, safety documentation and access passes for your building or community. We carry the labour contracts, the insurance and the MoHRE filings. Building access passes are raised in your name, because the building issues them to the occupier and to nobody else.
The crew works to your programme and your site rules. One named contact on our side for the whole engagement.
In the agreement, before the first man arrives
Every item below goes into the agreement before the first man arrives. None of it is unusual. What is unusual is publishing it, and we publish it because we have no track record to publish instead.
Four variables
We will give you a rate per trade per day when we know what the work is. What we will not do is publish a table, because every number in it would be wrong for half the enquiries that read it.
A tile mason setting large-format stone and a tile mason doing a bathroom are priced differently, and pretending otherwise is how you end up with the second man on the first job.
A crew booked for three months costs less per day than four men for a week. Mobilisation is a real cost and it does not amortise over five days.
Standard hours, overtime, night work and weekend working are priced separately and stated separately, so you can see what a schedule change costs before you make it.
A tower with a booked hoist and a community with restricted working hours are different jobs for the same trade. Access rules are worth telling us about at the enquiry stage.
Tell us the trade, the numbers, the site and the dates. You get rates and availability back, not a brochure.
Said out loud
Trades that are not on our list. We would rather tell you we do not have a scaffolder than send you someone who has watched one.
Numbers we cannot cover. If you need forty men on Sunday, we will say so on the call rather than confirming and then managing your expectations downward.
Supervision of your own work. We supply trades to work under your site management. If you want somebody to take responsibility for the finished work rather than for the labour, that is a subcontract, and we do those too, on the construction side of the business.
Two different things
Two different things, and the difference is who is answerable for the finished work.
You direct them
You direct them, you supervise them, and the result is yours. It suits a site that already has management and needs hands, or ongoing maintenance where the work is continuous.
We answer for it
We price the work, we supervise it, we answer for it, and you sign it off at the end. It suits a defined job with a start and a finish.
Tell us what you are trying to get done and we will tell you which one costs you less. Sometimes it is the second one even though it looks dearer.
Yes. They work on our own construction contracts as well as on our clients' sites, under our own supervision.
We replace him and you do not pay for the days he was there. The terms are in the agreement before anyone arrives. Two working days to replace, and the days he was there are not charged.
You do, unless you ask us for a crew with its own foreman. We supply trades to work under your site management. If you want somebody answerable for the finished work instead, that is a subcontract, and we do those as well.
It depends on the trade, the number and the time of year, and we will give you a real date on the call rather than a comfortable one here. Three to five working days for most trades, and longer through October and November when every site in Dubai is mobilising at once.
Five working days, and one man. No headcount floor and no monthly block you have to buy into.
No. Our licence and our crews are in Dubai. Supplying labour on somebody else's licence is the kind of shortcut that ends with your site shut, and it is not a favour we will do you.
Against timesheets signed by your supervisor on site, so the hours are agreed before they are billed rather than argued about afterwards. Invoiced every two weeks, payable in fourteen days.
Request trades
Trade, number of workers, site location, start date and roughly how long for. You get availability and rates back from a person who knows what these men can do, because they work on our jobs too.
